I felt the room rates were very reasonable (compared to the republic). I very much appreciated the friendliness of the gentleman who showed us to our table at breakfast. I loved the rituals toiletries in the toilet. There was a very high level of cleanliness. My breakfast was very tasty.

The hotel was well equipped with attractive comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful and friendly always eager to help. The food in the bar and restaurant was excellent. If you choose to not have your room cleaned you could get a voucher for 15% off food at the hotel

We were in one of the rooms across the road and it was enormous with a huge bathroom. We were pleased with all the amenities and the fridge was a major bonus. Good biscuits too! It was mostly quiet and comfortable although was noisy one evening (students?). Staff were helpful enough. We were very impressed with the breakfast buffet and cooked to order menu. Breakfast staff were particularly friendly. Parking was easy once we found it.

Staff very helpful. Location great -: right on bus route, next to great eating spots and botanical gardens.incorporsting Ulster museum. Small co-op at end of rd. Far enough out to be quiet but near enough to walk into town if you felt like a stretch of the legs...20 min max. Restaurant on site was good value and good food with good selection Public areas in hotel lovely Stayed in appartment across road which was great, small lounge diner, washer/dryer machine, fridge gas cooker and hob, microwave. Double room good storage ensuite walk-in shower. Hot water on demand. Lift to all floors Would have given 10 out of ten but for a few things looking a bit tired in appartment. But v. Comfortable, convenient and nice to spend money at a family run hotel who have well trained, customer focused staff and offer great value. Will definitely use it again. Recommend

Aisling on reception was so friendly and helpful. She went over and beyond in making my stay the best experience. Due to the storm, I was offered a room in the hotel instead of the apartment that I had booked. The bedroom was very clean, stylish and comfortable. I was very appreciative of it. The breakfast served to the room was freshly cooked, delicious and ample (£10 room service charge) but was well worth it. I dropped my purse in the car park accidentally and again Aisling rang to alert me of this and as soon as I entered back into the hotel had it ready for me. I know the hotel building and food is important but its the staff who make a hotel. I totally recommend staying here.

The Malone Hotel is a beautiful building with lovely appointments throughout. The neighborhood is charming and the car park behind the hotel is very convenient, at no extra charge. The manager and reception and pub staff were all so efficient and kind. Our room and bath were very spacious and clean. We had a very tasty dinner and ales in the pub. Breakfast is available; my husband is an earlier riser than I and enjoyed it. We were pleased to have elevators available in the historic building, as many places we stayed during our journey did not. Wrangling our suitcases up and down flights of stairs was challenging! We walked at a leisurely pace to the beautiful Crown Liquor Saloon in about 20 minutes. It's a very short walk from the saloon to John Long's Fish & Chips but we arrived a little too late, as they close at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. It made us sad to miss the experience of that Belfast institution but were so happy with our choice to stay at The Malone Hotel.

We stayed in the apartment. It was spacious and had the basic tools we needed to make simple meals for breakfast and dinner. The bath provide instant hot water whereas we struggled getting it in the shower. The best feature of the apartment is the towel warmer. The apartment is in a quiet location, walking distance to 2 bus routes, pizza shops, supermarkets and a pub. We took advantage of the hop on and hop off bus route in front of the hotel and saw the sights during our short stay. Highly recommend for the location, value for money and quality of the hotel.

The staff were brilliant. They all had a smile at all times and would do everything they could to help. I think it was Lois but she should be congratulated for such brilliant people skills that made us feel welcome and looked after. the bar in the evening had a great atmosphere with guests mixing with locals. the food was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay

Easy to find, and on arrival we were early for check in, which normally throws me off, being an adhd/autistic person but the way the staff conducted themselves was very calming, the cook lobby added to the calm. The whole trip was made fantastic and the luxury of the rooms along with breakfast was utterly perfect. Underground parking behind the hotel was easy to access. I would highly recommend staying here over other hotels in Belfast. The entire experience was amazing. It’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from team Jagart82.com Oh and the shower OMG , you will see what I mean when you book. Enjoy ☺️
